The Transferable trademark, the logotype and all elements of the interface are the property of the publisher. Files uploaded by a user remain that user's property; the publisher acquires no rights over them beyond hosting them and transmitting them to the designated recipient or recipients.

This document is published in several languages. In the event of any discrepancy between versions, the French version prevails. The applicable law is French law.
